A new primary school center for Boizenburg

Within the realization competition for the extension of the school center in Boizenburg, we won the first prize. The existing primary school “Ludwig-Reinhard Grundschule” will be renovated and extended by a new construction, so that the entire complex will have a floor space of 3,000 square meters.

Our design continues with the clearly organized structure building typology of the existing school. The new volume mirrors the U-shape connecting to the existing school. In close cooperation with landscape architect nsp landschaftsarchitekten stadtplaner BDA, also the exterior space was newly structured.
