House K

House K was completed in summer 2008. It follows the tradition of the residential area from the 1930s: compact, mostly square city houses.

Deriving from this simple type of house, extended components like the garage, the oriel and the top floor develop into a sculptural volume, thus, enhancing the special situation of the property.

Modernity and tradition infuse the house equally. Construction, light, material and detailing create a unique living space.
